English: R-Line questions

My name is Radu, im from Romania and this is my first post here :) I have made an account here because i can find more informations.
I chosen to write in english because, maybe you speak better english than i can speak russian, tho i know some words..mostly bad ones :D
So, i have a 2011 NF Touareg 3.0 TDI (CASA, 240hp) which i want to convert to R-Line. For this i need to buy the full front bumper or just the lower lip (spoiler)? Same question also for the rear bumper.
What you guys think?

I found everything i need thanks to one guy named Vayzunoff, dont know if he is a member here.
I knew i could count on eastern europe friends, western guys have 2 left hands.
